Teardown of a Precision Matthews vise

My 5" vise is hard to turn, I'm thinking it's got chips in the threads. I took apart as much as I can up until the back plate part. I used a punch to knock out the square retaining key, but the back part still will not move. I smacked it with a rubber hammer and it still will not budge. Before I got any further, I want to know if anyone here knows how to take it off.

I need to get the shaft out so I can clean the threads and look inside the red piece where the shaft threads into, to take a look inside if there's any chips in there.

I figured it out. There's 2 socket bolts under that hold it in place. Can't believe I didn't figure that out til just now.

Nooooo its a press fit.....
