well, I've been looking around for a Yuasa rotary table tailstock P/N 399-301, hard to find and when you do find them there way overpriced.
So, I had a piece of 12" X 1" X 2" 6061 and some steel.15 hours later I ended up with this, center
is parallel to the table within .0002 upright and threaded bushings are pressed into place, other than that tolerances are =/- .003, the center is an old live center that was dead, took the bearing inner race out, and pressed that into the upright, polished the bearing surface and threaded the back of center 1/2-13 and made a knurled wheel to move center in and out 3/8" the upright is pressed into 1/2" deep slot in base and bolted side piece's for extra rigidity, in the end the tailstock has .0000 deflection when under load, no blueprint I just made it up as I went, and saved some money on buying a Yuasa
