Yes, for sure. The trick will be finding a 460 or 480 drive that can be fooled into running on single phase input. If you dont have 480, you will need a transformer to step up your 240. I haven't seen any step up up drives for this application like the 120 single phase to 240 3 phase drives. Other than the really pricey one at: Phasetechnologies.com. Claims 220 single to 450 3 phase drives... crazy $$$

Yeoooowch. I came up with $4300 to convert 220 1phase to 480 3 phase.
 
I power my 460v Mitsui thru a 230v RPC into 3 phase transformer.. works fine
