Sunnen cutting fluid pump drive belt

Where can I find a new drive belt for my old Sunnen MBB hone. I's the 1/4" round rope belt that drives the cutting fluid pump. Mine snapped in half yesterday and I need one FAST. Or is there an alternative? I can measure this on and get the overall length.
 
Sunnen and Goodson are both over $100 for this belt. Mine measures 77" from end to end. No way will I pay this price for a piece of rope. After researching, I think I will try 1/4" poly round belt that fuses together. $15 including shipping from MMC) MMC sells the "welding kit for hundreds of dollars and all ya need is a couple of v blocks, a butter knife and a torch
