70% certain that saw is Asian import. Most little saws have 4 wheels; good in small shops, it'll park out of the way.
This has 2, and far larger diameter. It's movement is more about portability, such as job sites. The front 'landing gear' keeps it in position.
Thus, I believe this is a Greenlee [electricians tools], import geared to their specs.
