Not sure, but they were expensive when I purchased about 2012-2013

Starrett used to make Webber , they were full square .

I saw a number of Starrett- Webber on EBay.
I have a lot of Starrett tooling , some in fancy type boxes, that are all like new.
I guess I don't have any that are old enough
