Stark model no. 5 collets/type?

Just found info on a Stark model No. 5 . It came with one collet, marked with only a ST Co. but no other info. Hoping someone has a No. 5 and can tell me the type of collet it takes. The colllet measures 4 9/16" O.A., 1.5" diameter, with a 15 degree face, 4.437 x 20 thread, and 1 1/8" capacity. Is there such a thing as a 5S collet? :-[
