Charley, The lines you posted are a script to add a link to the calculator to a webpage. If you copy the script and paste it into notepad, or any text editor, then save the result as <your title>.htm (the .htm is important), it will open as a white web page with a link to the calculator.

If you understand creating web pages, the script can be added to your web page to provide said link.
