I recently found a Russian youtuber named Viktor Leontjev who is making a videoproject about metalworking.
Lathes and such mostly. I know the videos are in russian, heck even I don't understand it, but the quality is excellent.

Mostly why I wanted to share this is because of one video.
In this video he shows how and why you should re-surface your chuck jaws. (if you have some dings on them)
I always thought of how one should do this procedure. Now I know.

Thanks for sharing. I wish there were at least subtitles, or perhaps if someone knows Russian, they could translate and overdub an English soundtrack. The quality of the video is excellent.
