Only took me 3 years. Not just a paint job. It is a total rebuild and restoration. Except for the color choice. I chose the white because the primer is white. Left the saddle un painted cause it is subject to all the hot and sharp chips. It is a working lathe not a beauty queen. I put the headstock guard back on before I closed up the shop so I can Officially say it is finished. Sure glad I did not buy a new one. I would be bored to death making chips. I learned every nut bolt bearing and lubrication point. I also learned how a chip is made. Rebuilding these old girls is my passion and my favorite saying is "Anyone can make chips"
