If you're asking about the 7 x Chinese variety, they're M2.

Correction: Headstock MT3, Tailstock is MT2. Sorry.

On the 7 x 10/12 Chinese models there may be variations.

I know my Homier 7 x 12 has an MT3 spindle taper and an MT2 in the tailstock.

the 7x10-12 have a bolt on chuck not threaded the spindle has the backing plate made on it.
I think the 8x12 are bolt on also
and my lathe the 11x26 has 1-3/4 8 but it is not a popular size i had too look a while for a backing plate
I think 1-1/2" 8 is popular for southbends and atlas maybe

1 1/2" 8 fits atlas logan and southbend
that may be a better choice for resale

what other lathe did you want a drawing for? that is the spindle for all the 7x lathes 10,12,14
the 8x12,14 is different part number but may be the same mounting plate dimensions
and If you have 2 sets of collets i'd make both sizes
