Small but maybe critical upgrade to Prusa XL

Robert Cowan had a driver failure for the Z table motors. Turns out others have had similar failures. One of the comments mentioned printing a vented cover with a small fan from printables. I have done so and also installed small adhesive heat sinks to the 3 motor drivers. Used a buck to drop the 24v to slightly under 11v as I don’t need arctic blast cooling, just more airflow.
