I just picked up a sheldon lathe tonight. This is the serial number. What model is it and what can you tell me.

Kirk, If you are not a member of the Sheldon Yahoo group, I highly encourage it. There is a member named John Knox that used to work for Sheldon. He is a very good reference for all Sheldon matters, including information on the lathes based on serial numbers.
