Set up for recutting a gear

This is my setup for re-cutting the gear for my quick change threading box. Forget what I said about a Bridgeport clone dividing head I meant a Brown and Sharpe clone. Talking and filming is not as easy as it looks. I will now take the shaft/gear off and weld up the damage and re-machine the gear. 16 teeth 16dp 14 1/2 degree pressure angle Cutter #2 . I'll be back in a few days with the finished product.
