[How-To] Set or Edit Member's Signature & Avatar

Those of you who haven't, please go to your account and set up your signature. To do this, click on your User ID toward the right end of the main tool bar. This takes you to your site Account. Click on Signature. What you enter here and save will show up at the bottom of each post that you make and also each Private Mail that you send (accessed by clicking on the icon that looks like a standard envelope). If you look at the end of the posts in this thread and in the posts in general that members make, you should get the idea.

If you don't want to, you do not have to have a brag list. But at least enter the name by which you are usually addressed (so long as it isn't obscene!).

While you are at it, you may also wish to upload a photograph (JPG) to replace the default single letter within a circle that shows up to the left of each and every post that you make on the site. To access this, after clicking on your User ID, click on Account Details and in the middle of the screen, click on your default Avatar and follow the directions from there.
