SANDVIK parting blade help

Can someone help me I'd my parting blade and inserts that will fit? I've looked at the web site but can't find any way to id the blade.

The part numbers are gone. The ones I see for sale have xxx.x - xx - xx part numbers. Are these measurements or just an arbitrary part number?

The insert has 1125 stamped on it.

No writing on the side of the tool?
The insert data is generally printed on one side.
Yes, very confusing fir sure. So many choices.
Some smart fellow will be along.

It was rusty when I got it. I cleaned it off with a rag, then light sand paper, finally a wire wheel, nothing left to see. If I get it Id,, will engrave the numbers.
