My little 7" Rhodes has been busy. This makes 5 of these puzzles I have made. They are very popular with family and friends!

I had considered doing it the way Chris did by making a custom dovetail cutter. It would have been a lot faster and easier cutting the dovetails on my Bridgeport with the DRO. But I figured as long as I had the little Rhodes shaper I might as well use it even though it was a lot more work on the shaper.

Very nice! I just picked up an early Rhodes Shaper. Perfect machine for this type of work IMHO. For the home guys it isn't like we don't have more time than money, and shapers really shine in that realm.
