Bought a 6" rotary table, Er 25 collets, a few milling cutters and a clamping set!
Yippee, I can now clamp things to the table, such as the rotary table!
BUT! the Tee slots in the table are a different size to the main table,
do you guys make new tee nuts and bolts? only four are required! regards Bob

Certainly you could, Bob, but the factory tee nuts are usually pretty hard for durability. Use the best material you have to make them, and you will get a lot of service from them. Then in time, if you decide you need heat treated tee nuts, you can buy some. They're not all that costly.

Good point, Dalee. It also keeps the stud from stressing the tee slot by exerting force from underneath, rather than in simple compression from clamping. I'm sure we've all see chunks broken out of tee slotted tables.
