If they used fixed pin hinges you will need to just grind the mushroomed end off to knock it out with a punch.
Also, if I may ask, what is a Utube bench?

I don't remember for sure. If this is a continuous hinge, called sometimes a piano hinge, they are not designed to come apart by removal of a hing pin, and are usually spot or plug welded in place. About the only way to remove them is to grind or drill the welds out.
