Sorry guys been away for a few days at the "inlaws/outlaws" place.
The jewelling was done on the mill with the "drum" held on a rotary table ,moving the x axis to jewell along the drum then rotating the rotary table for the next row of jewelling. The jeweling tool is a piece of ms rod with the end turned flat held in a collet chuck. On the end is a piece of fine emery cloth cut out with a wad punch and stuck on with double sided tape.
The base is a piece of ms plate 150x120x20. Have loaded hundreds of rounds using ADI 2208 and ADI 2205 without any problems at all. Sits nice and solid on the bench.
