Recognize this tool?

Dear machinist friends,
Do you recognize this tool? I got it as part of a major tool haul. Seems like some kind of boring head but it is a bit unusual. There is no maker’s mark.

Grinding jig would be my guess too, probably shop made.
 
I dont think it is shop made as seems to have nice markings - LOCK on one side and ABC on the other.
Unfortunately no makers mark.

I might have other attachments also in the pile. Mine appears unused. It originally came from a tool collector.
