Reamers Storage Tubes

Guys I got several reamers that I like to keep in those plastic square tubes if I knew where to find them. Any ideals where these can be purchase in different sizes?C01CB70F-DC9F-446E-8109-2A1880B64C0A.jpeg
 
I would ask a local machine shop, they probably go through tooling pretty quick if they are at all busy. You might even end up with more tools too.
FWIW I just have mine in a drawer, they don't get banged around enough to get damaged.

Warning do not store them in cardboard tubs or wood as wood and paper draws moisture
Get some PVC tubs with caps and mark the tubes of the size reamers
 
I was looking for these also a while back but really big ones & opaque. Most places like the vendor above only offer them in large quanties. I actually got the large size that I needed from the vendor Beckett/ClearTec posted above for free as a sample. They just ask for your shipping account to bill for shipping. That was yrs ago so not sure if things may have changed.

For smaller sizes in the sizes that I wanted I could only find in clear. I buy them from Mcmaster. Can also find them on ebay sometimes but in limited sizes. The opaque ones are much more durable though since they are usually made out of HDPE.

If you have experienced reamers rusting when storing them in their original cardboard protective tubes your experience is far different than mine. I have in the neighborhood of 100 reamers in the shop. I bought quite a few in the 80's and 90's, and even inherited a number from my wife's grandfather. Almost all are still stored in their original cardboard tubes. None have any rust. Keep in mind some of these reamers are nearly 70 years old, and the newest are at least 15 years old.
 
Another idea mjght be those tubes you get at the dollar store to put your toothbrush in for traveling...

Good ideals here guys,thanks for them and link to McMaster.I was wanting the containers keep them lube up with rust protector and to write the size of the reamer on the container.
