Radial Arm Drill Press price reduced - $300 (SLO)

that drill press was made to punch out some serious holes

I drove one almost twice that size, and yes, they are nearly impossible to stall.
When Fred put me on it, he told me the story of a machinist working alone on a weekend getting snagged by a large curly chip and pulled into the machine. It was still running Monday morning with what was left of the machinist still spinning with the drill. Bloody streaks showed where he had tried to reach the switch with each revolution.

Maybe it was just a story.

Be careful out there.

This is a prime example of industrial old iron I see from time to time. The price is always incredibly cheap. But just moving a beast like that would be a challenge. Having enough room. Not to mention if you had to take it apart to fix the years of being left outside and the damage to the motor and electrical.
