Quill feed rate selector on knee mill

originally when I got it was set at 0.006 and I moved it to 0.004. AFter I moved it I decided later that I wanted to move it back to 0.006. Only problem is I cant get the lever to move back. Any suggestions?

Try disengaging the quill feed selector on the right side of the mill head and jiggling the spindle rotation. If that doesn’t work, engage the back gear and run the spindle slowly while moving the feed rate selector lever.
