QC54 Backgear Assembly Disassembly

In the process of replacing the V Belts on this QC54. I successfully removed the headstock last night, that woodruff key on the bull gear was stubborn to say the least! I am now perplexed as to how to disassemble the backgear to get the belt around the shaft. I'm sure it's something simple that I am missing.

Easiest way is to just unbolt the mounts from the head, 4 bolts in all. Let me know if you need more info, I can take a quick video to help you.

Hahaha. After fighting with that headstock last night I finally gave up at midnight on this backgear. After looking at it with non-bleary eyes you are absolutely correct. The set screws on the gears are loose so it looks like I simply need to unbolt either side from the back of the headstock and it is free. Thanks!
