Problem with MagXact MX-100M

I am having an issue with the Z-AXIS on the MagXact MX-100M DRO. I want the reading to decrease as the knee moves upward. I can go to the Tools Menu and select the Z-Axis. I toggle down until I get to the DIRECTION parameter which can be set to either LEFT or RIGHT. The DRO always increases with the upward movement of the knee regardless of whether I set the direction to right or left.

This must be a bug in the software. Does anyone know how the manufacturer can be contacted to see if the is a softwrae update. Any other ideas to address this?

It should operate the same as the EL-400. See the attached instructions on how to change the directions. Most likely you are not saving the changes. If that doesn't work then you should contact PM/QMT.

That worked! The manual for my DRO did not specify the Save Changes step. What was really confusing is that the change I made was displayed when I would go back into the tools menu.
