It is a 7" swing and overall length is 36". The headstock takes 3C collets. I will get more pictures once I get it cleaned up. They were used by watchmakers and for other high precision parts in industry.
Spent some time getting it cleaned up a bit. After some thought I decided to repaint it. Here is where I am currently at. Looks like, based on the brass tag, it might have come out of the old General Electric factory in Philadelphia. Still need to get some of the other parts cleaned up.
Looks like someone replaced the headstock drive pulley with a single V pulley. Be nice if you could put a V 3 step pulley on there in place of the single one. Doubt you would find the 3 step flat belt pulley that it once had.
