I seriously doubt the machine spent it's working life making jewelry. By the looks of it it's has spent the bulk of it's time in a working machine shop. It's covered in dried coolant and crud with telltale fingerprints around the switch and handwheels. I suppose someone in the jewelry business may have purchased it at one time, but I doubt it was used in that business. If it was I'd hate to see the condition of jewelry the shop
