Pop rivets

I would like too know what size pop rivet I need.
The holes measure 0.165 - .174. Sheet metal thickness is 0.042 and 0.048 each.

Tried 1/8 since the that was what the local automotive store happened to have.

Obviously too small.

5/32" (0.1563") I would guess since 3/16" (0.1875")would be too big.

If you had all the time in the world, you could find the 'right' rivet, possibly by looking here

but for practical purposes, the best answer is going to come from a visit to
your good local hardware store. If the material is too thin, add washers. If the hole
is too small, drill.

I looked and could not find how much expansion to expect. The 1/8 was too small and 3/16 would be too big. But 5/32 seems a bit harder to find.

Was wondering if it was for metric sized but ~4.5 mm seemed about right but could only find 4mm and 5mm. Both too large and too small.

Guess I can drill out the holes to fit 3/16. Just seemed odd that I could not find a common size that worked well
