This shows the X-axis locks and power feed limit switch on the PM935. The locks always move the table a few thousands and the limit switch is junk and prevents using stops. Stops are handy but with the limit switch where it is there is no way to use that feature.

I repurposed the two 5/16-18 holes for the gib crushers to secure a T-lock. The T-lock uses a T-nut to lock the X-axis travel. I had to mill the lower portion slightly such that the upper portion rides flush with the edge of the table. Now I can lock the X-axis without mashing the gibs and causing a shift..

This shows one of the two table stops that came with the PM935. Now they can bump up against new X-axis T-lock and become useful. These are just for quick repeat locating rather than using the DRO.

I almost decided to bypassed the power feed limit function but you never know. A mistake could be expensive! The problem with the stock limit switch was it would get crushed if it reached the limit on rapid feed. I'm now using two TM-1407 limit switches on a couple of angle brackets.

The roller on the arm rides up on the knee casting just below the table and opens the circuit to cut power to the power feed. I used thermostat wire (solid 18-2) because it is stiff and the sheathing is rugged. The wire to the left side limit switch is routed through the table next to the lead screw.
