Does anyone know where and how Part #75 lower spindle seal goes in to the quill? When I disassembled my quill there was no seal #75 in the quill. The only thing in there was a bunch of hardened grease under the spindle end cap part #74. When contacted PM. That is a part they told me to order. That alone does not surprise me, the whole inside of the head looks like this mill was a QC reject. The high low range shifting fork was broken off, instead of replacing it with a new fork arm they just ground off the Brocken end drove a roll spring pin in a drilled hole then hammered over one en, see picture. None of the small shaft bearings are a press fit. They just feel off when I pulled the top. These are the only seals on the spindle inside the gear box. No wonder it was leaking a cup of oil a day. After use. Never again!
