My 1st thread....
I have a new PM30 and noticed a discrepancy between my mill and the one in the manual. The attached screenshot is from, the manual and includes headstock "safety key". On my mill, this part is missing and it looks like the machining operation for this part was completely skipped. Can anyone else with a recently bought PM-30 confirm whether or not theirs has this part?
I'm ultimately trying to get the headstock off so that it can more easily be moved.
"Screen" is from page 17 of the existing manual
"missing" is a pic of mine
"opposite" and "under" are just other angles in case the part was relocated, but I can find no key
I did call PM this morning and their looking in to it.
