Roughing a SS 416R.

Never mind the cardboard in front of the backsplash, the magnets I used to hang the DRO cables bleed their strength through the heavy gauge backsplash. Swarf cling to the backsplash as they fly out to the back.

KVT from SATX gifted me a large tube of Anchor Lube. Have to admit, the smoke is much less than the Mobil 766 I have been using.

Looking good Nez, yea, like the Anchor Lube, good stuff. I’ll stop by for a visit after this hysteria settles.

Sounds good, Jeff.

Swing by anytime, just let me know if you are coming so I can make sure I am home and not on errand.

That 2nd Reilang oiler has your name on it. We can maintain distancing, just grab it and go.

Thank you for all the help on the PM1440TV.

Nez, glad to help with the 1440, awesome machine. I’ll give a shout soon.

How much barrel was out of the chuck, and what kind of feed rate were you using?

Stick out was short, just 12 inches. Feed rate was 0.0061 according to the chart.
