PM 935TS drawbar question

New PM 935 TS I just received. I'm thinking there should be a bushing between the drawbar and top of spindle. Parts diagram shows a washer that I do not have. Draw bar threads bottom out before collets are tight. I don't believe a standard washer would be thick enough and would also think it needs to be specific size and hardened. Anyone have dimensions of this part?

I'm no help but I'm curious as to the fix. My mill should be here in the next couple weeks.
