PM-835 Power Drawbar spinning when quill is at top position

I bought my PM-835 with the power drawbar from Precision Matthews. I installed it awhile ago and remembering having issues with the installation. Not sure what happened, but now the power drawbar spins with the spindle when I turn on the machine. I have to lower the quill by about 5/16 of an inch for it to not catch. I didn't do anything and it started doing this on its own. I took out the drawbar and the threads look good on it.

Maybe the power unit is not retracting all the way?

Seems it doesn't do this on low gear. Only on high gear when I turn the HI/LO cam lever to the left

I managed to figure it out. The spindle bar wasn't engaging with the power drawbar. The top of the spindle bar was hitting the side of the power drawbar bottom plate. I moved the plate so it's centered and farther away from the spindle bar.
