Hi folks,
I need help removing the table from my new pm-30mv machine. After removing the lead screw bracket assembly and cranking the table all the way to the left, it wont go further, does the gib have to come out, or the y axis lead screw nut, or both. Table has to come off to get machine down to my basement workshop. Please help!

I would take the gib out and everything else that unscrews. Keep track of where the fasteners go. Obviously someone had to put it together so it has to come apart Watch your fingers (and toes)

The table on my mill drill came off on the right side. put the left side back together, take the right side off, take out the gib, and try taking it off on the right. The shaft where the handles attach to the lead screw on the ends are different sizes. The lead screw will only pass through the nut in one direction.

Did you remove the screws holding the nut to the saddle?
