I'm probably overlooking the obvious, but I'm not sure I understand how to keep the tailstock alignment "locked".
I gone through the manual several times, and have aligned my my tailstock dead center with the headstock dead center by moving the opposing screws little bits to get the razor blade square. Problem is when I release the tailstock clamp to move it back/fourth on the bed ways, it's able to move slightly side to side, throwing off my alignment.
I've looked for some sort of locking screw, but haven't found one. Is this normal?
