Pexto Sheet Metal Lathe

Metal spinning? eg make a cup out of a piece of sheet metal
 
The aution pictures show a sheet metal bending brake mounted to a table that looks like it was used for a tube bender.
 
the blue machine on the right in the 1st pic is a bar folder, the dark/black machine on left is a Whitney angle iron cutter, table looks like it was used for making scroll work something a blacksmith would do making gates, fences, decorative iron work. price looks cheap!
