Good question ... the nameplate claims ISO9000 "certification." But as best I can tell, 9000 only applies to factory practices, does not have anything to do with the plate itself. Guess you could call. Here's his contact info:

I always thought a used surface plate like that would make the perfect base for a CNC router.
