New (to me) Smithy

Got my Smithy home yesterday. It's a Granite 1340-I MX Industrial. 2hp 220 single phase. Just need to clean and change the lube and move it to it's new resting spot. I don't know why I bought it since I have a PM 1340 and a BP clone mill. Is there anything in particular that I should pay close attention to? Like commonly broken parts? I think it's gonna be a fun toy.

Well it ran. Everything worked. Then I moved it to it's final resting spot and the lead screw won't turn. Everything else works but no power to the lead screw. The manual says there is a shear pin inside the gearbox where the screw exits. Has anyone had to pull the lead screw out? Will I have to remove the complete mill head for access?

Edit; Found a you tube video that will get me into the gearbox to have look around.
