grumpygator has created a new group called United Kingdom Machinist.

A group for all of who spell colour with a u, machine aluminium rather than aluminum, drink tea and unwind with a pint of warm ale at the pub.
 
I would like to join the United Kingdom Machinists Group

I have joined it, wherever it is, I have tried on several occasions to find United kingdom machinist, but all it does is take me back to the HM homepage! what is going on?
 
Nick, I honestly wish I knew! I will have another poke around, and get back to you if anything has changed, or I find the missing link;-)

Right, just been to the homepage, scrolled right down to area groups, clicked on the UK link, and it brings me back here, so I would guess we don't have to join anything, we just have our exclusive UK discussions here, and given the amount of interest and replies to the group, it seems to be a non starter! Im going back to browse the "new posts"
