So far, Shars is the only supplier I have found, and they don't tell you what it is. It takes an SEKT/SEHT 1204 insert.

Countersink? Bevel cutter (or beveling tool)?

What do you use it for? The angle(s) look like they would cut 45 degree bevels (or 90 degree countersinks). If not 45 degrees the angle might be a clue.

I know what it's called, I need the alpha-numeric code, like KM12 50-22-4T or SER1616K16

It can be used for a 45 deg. chamfer mill, but I want it for a small facemill. I have a 2 in. model and I like the way these inserts move metal.
