Nahshon machinery co. mill, anyone know about them?

Nahshon machinery co. mill, anyone know about them? this on cl in ventura, ca., looks like a good size for a garage shop, like to get it but probably not able to at this time, also about $800-1000 too high compared to what other mills are selling for. thanks for any info, Brian
