A 1956 WIAD. Comes with ELSR, taper, 3 jaw Tru Adjust, Jacobs Rubber flex chuck with collets, collett closer, and quite a bit more. Hope to get it runnung next week.

Those have to be the "prettiest" lathes ever made, like an art deco sculpture.

Nice 10EE Papaw. I hope you got all the covers with it. That will look very nice once you get it cleaned up, and even better if you give a squirt of paint before you put it back in service. I also would like to see the front side. I have a 52 10EE that I've completely redone and absolutely love it. Its a dream to work on that machine. Bill

ps ... just noticed your Roll-in in the background ... I have one of those also! Great bandsaws eh?

Couldn't do without the Roll In saw. The lathe is supposed to take 3 phase in with the lathe motor running on 220 single phase and the coolant pump 3 phase. I need to install a 5HP rotary phase converter to do it this way. The 1956 "electronics" require a lot of amperage to boot it up. I did run 220 single phase at the present to run the lathe. It is a quiet, sweet running machine.
 
Out of boardom waiting on a train on my way to work this morning I checked craigslist. Thete is a 10ee in Dalls with a boatload of accessories for $2650.

My brain is in overdrive trying to sheme up a plan to round up the funds, as my wife is signing for a minivan tomorrow.

Anyone need a good used kidney? LOL
