My Free Ramco Rs 90p

I was given a Ramco RS 90P bandsaw today. They didn't know anything about it. It came from a local welding/blacksmith school. I brought it home and pluged it in to see if it would run. It runs smoothe and the coolant pump works. The counterbalance spring is missing and the descent cylinder doesn't seem to work. It'll take some cleaning and a few parts and hopefully I'll have a decent working saw.
