some new video of the Hand-I-Hack doing it's thing!

20 minutes after this video was taken, I actually had the Hand-I-Hack apart to rebuild it!

I found oil passages I didn't know existed, wicks to replace for sliding surfaces, and graduated angle markings on the rotating vice.

While I was at it, I turned a new roller for the arm track:

Nice little saw just the right size to tuck under your workbench when not in use.
 
It's fun to watch a hacksaw frame chugging along without my arm attached to it!

Nice saw but is it supposed to jump that high up?

I'll post the first video when it was adjusted properly. That video I was showing the different adjustments, which can be made on "the fly".

This video is not very close to the cut, but you can see the blade barely moving up and down. Just enough to clear the teeth. The very first few seconds of the close up video you saw before show this setting- after that I was messing with the handles! Hah hah

Ok looking good. I didn't know you could adjust the height.
