I don't know if they mis-listed these or what. I found them while doing a search on "cast iron" ("cast iron bodies") and the prices looked to good to pass up.

They were both listed as "buy it now" for $249 each + shipping. It looks like the seller has a few more chucks like this as well so if you are in the market you might want to check.
