There should be a criminal statute against bozo’s who “store outside, but covered up, surface rust but will clean up”.

most things like this make me sad, this makes me mad. What a bozo. I’d offer him $100 if local.
 
My question exactly . Why is everything stored outside ? :dunno:
 
The idea it’s ok under a tarp is very ignorant. While no 10EE expert, I’d be concerned about the electronics even if it was inside. Outside I think would be a disaster.
