mitutoyo pl series 164, pl-counter for linear scale, installation operations manual

I bought a DRO Mitutoyo pl series 164 unit only to find out that it didn't come with a manual. I cannot seem to find one anywhere if anyone can help I would appreciate it thanks, Ray.
