Mitutoyo 3 piece micrometer set - $45 (Lodi)

Did one of us get this, I emailed as soon as I saw it yesterday, this morning he said it was gone
 
I had confirmed to pick it up Saturday but he called me back and someone offered $75 dollars so he sold it to him.

I see Fowler roller mics online, how is their competence as lathe tool?
 
He asked me if I would pay the $75 and I told him no since I was a little annoyed but what can I do, it’s definitely not the way I handle business. He told me that a friend said it was too low at $45 which rightfully so was a bargain. He is having an estate sale this Saturday at 8am and it’s from a motor winding business.

That's not exactly how it was told to me. He changed his mind about his price and decided he was selling it too cheap and decided he wanted $75. He said another guy was going to pick it up Saturday but he was going to call him to see if he wanted it for $75. He called me back and said the other guy didn't want it and asked if I was willing to pay $75 for it. I said o.k. I never made him an offer or made any attempt to undercut his potential Saturday sale.
